Shipping Rates & Destinations
- Domestic (USA): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more (excluding US territories).
- Orders under $150: A flat shipping fee of $10.50 applies to all domestic orders under $150.
- International (Canada): We offer Free Shipping on orders of $360 CAD or more. For orders below this amount, shipping will be $50 CAD. Please note that taxes and duties are charged at checkout.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Return & Exchange Costs
- Returns: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns. A flat shipping label fee of $30 will be deducted from your final refund total.
- Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Mansi Jewelry will cover the shipping cost for the new exchanged item being delivered to you.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for items that pass quality inspection.
