If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

1. Return & Exchange Costs

• Returns: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns. A flat shipping label fee of $30 will be deducted from your final refund total.
• Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Mansi Jewelry will cover the shipping cost for the new exchanged item being delivered to you.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for items that pass quality inspection.

2. Refund Process

• Method: Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.
• Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after the item has been accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders, bespoke designs, most made to order pieces, or jewelry with personal engravings are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. In certain cases, these may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
