At Mansi Jewelry, we strive to provide a transparent and secure shipping experience. Please review our shipping terms, costs, and timelines below.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Domestic (USA): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $150 or more (excluding US territories).
  • Orders under $150: A flat shipping fee of $10.50 applies to all domestic orders under $150.
  • International (Canada): We offer Free Shipping on orders of $360 CAD or more. For orders below this amount, shipping will be $50 CAD. Please note that taxes and duties are charged at checkout.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Delivery Timelines

To ensure accuracy in your delivery expectations, please note our processing (handling) and transit times:

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

3. Tracking & Signature Requirements

For your security and the protection of your purchase, all shipments are handled with the following care:

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
  • Authorized Signature: An authorized signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package.
