  • International (Canada): We offer Free Shipping on orders of $360 CAD or more. For orders below this amount, shipping will be $50 CAD. Please note that taxes and duties are charged at checkout.
  • Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return & Exchange Costs
  • Returns: We provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns. A flat shipping label fee of $30 will be deducted from your final refund total.
  • Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Mansi Jewelry will cover the shipping cost for the new exchanged item being delivered to you.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for items that pass quality inspection.
