For orders placed online, we process orders within 3-5 business days after they are placed and payment has been cleared. You can expect delivery 3 business days after your shipment confirmation for standard shipping. Your shipment confirmation will include a tracking number so you can keep an eye for the package. An authorized signature is required upon delivery.

For items that are placed as pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will be notified when the item is back in stock. We will provide free shipping within 3-5 business days after restocking the item. You can expect delivery 3 business days after your shipment confirmation for standard shipping. For items that are made to order, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. You will be contacted when your order is being shipped. You can expect delivery 3 business days after your shipment confirmation for standard shipping. An authorized signature is required upon delivery.

For items that are placed as a custom/bespoke order, a representative will be in contact with you regarding expected delivery. Generally, it will take 2-6 weeks.
